A question regarding the magic of your world.
Obviously, mages require education to hone their abilities... that much was established back at the beginning of the story. But, how much of that education relies on instinct? I guess I'm working off other stories/ universes where magic is at least in part instinctual (i.e. the Avatar:Last Airbender universe, where elemental bending is a combination of chi manipulation and magic... bending is in part instinctual- an uneducated bender can do some things but it takes practice and education to master).
I ask, based on our plucky heroine's previous troubles, and her reaction to how Lessar explained what he did.
The plot thickens... I love this comic!

This is a really good question! I'm actually going to save it for my blog tomorrow, as I'm doing a Worldbuilding Wednesday post over there, so if it's alright, I'll either link that here or copy/paste it in response.

Also, I'm glad you're enjoying it! :)
